I need to access the settings in a third party app but it is grayed out. I deleted the app and restarted my iPhone then reinstalled the app but the previous settings were applied to the app. How do I delete the settings so I am prompted to configure them in the app? This has nothing to do with the update to iOS 16.1.1 as I was having the issue before the update.

Thank you. I will explore the Keychain and see what I find. I am currently in discussions with the supplier of the hardware in which the software is installed and they are at a loss as to the origin of the error message I am getting.
