I’ve tried to save a link to a webpage on my iPad Home Screen but when I click “Save to Homescreen” the option to Add is greyed out. I know I’ve made other shortcuts before. How can I solve this?

If we understand your post correctly, you're unable to save a website to your Home Screen on your iPad because the option to add is greyed out. We’d like to help.
On the page where you see the greyed out add button, make sure the URL address and the icon name are both filled in. If either is blank the add button will automatically grey out.
If the option is still unavailable, try restarting your iPad. This may seem like a simple step but it can often resolve issues. If you're not familiar with how to do that follow these steps: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
