I'm running Monterey, Safari 15.6.1

I use Safari, Google...I have also tried it with Firefox.

Pulling my hair out on this one.

I know this isn't technically a Twitter forum, but thought I would ask just in case it's something my end.

Up until last November or so, each time I log into my Twitter account from my Mac, I get a notification that I am logging in from a new device.

I also get an Email alert.

I don't own a phone, or iPad...or anything else that I could be logged into my account.

I have gone through everything on my account, but I just can't stop it.

I have cleared as much as I can on my mac, and changed my password.

The location shown, is my provider.

I don't have an add blocker or anything that might stop it somehow. I have also uninstalled my VPN, even though I have never used it for browsing. And I have had it for 3 years.

I have tried 'end all sessions' in twitter, and I have had a look in google to see if I am logged in anywhere else, just in case for some stupid reason it thinks I am.

I have tried starting in safe mode on my mac. There are no other accounts on my mac either.

Help.

EDIT: I have also tried Malwarebytes as a last resort. It came up clear.

You already did a lot of troubleshooting, but the generic reason for that message is that Safari is not saving cookies for that website. In other words the website looks for previously stored cookies or website data that indicates you used that device in the past, and is unable to find any record of that previous activity. Could that be related?
