Sleep App & Teal Bars

Most days the sleep app tracks the different phases of sleep (REM, Core, Deep, or Awake), but some days it only reports the teal bars (Time in Bed or Asleep). How do I set this to track the various phases everyday? I'm not doing anything different on the days where only teal bars are reported, at least that I know of. Thanks!

Thanks! I read throught that section, and had already done what was indicated there.


I'm curious what dictates the detailed sleep stages for most days of the week, and what I could have done differently on Thursday and Tuesday, where the app only collected in bed and asleep (green bars).


Any insight is very much appreciated 🙏
