Apple ID photo has changed
Why has my Apple ID photo changed, I do not share my device

If you have changed your iMessages profile picture here:
Settings → Messages → Share Name and Photo and selected "Use This Photo Everywhere" then this will also change your Apple ID picture.
You can always change your Apple ID profile picture here:
Settings → Apple ID → tap your profile picture and choose a new one.
