Home pod minis

Does Apple even care about making products that work anymore. My homepod minis stop playing every time I try to connect from my iMac or iPhone. I have been fighting this battle for over a year with no results. The last Apple tech just hung up on me and never tried to call back. There is a known problem with these HomePod minis with no fix. I have been trying for 45 minutes to get them to connect. To be honest the minis are the worst Apple product that I have ever bought. No support.
