Sure, I can help you with that. Here are the steps to factory reset your 15-inch MacBook Pro:

  1. Back up your important files and data. This is important because a factory reset will erase all data on your MacBook Pro.
  2. Shut down your MacBook Pro.
  3. Press and hold the Command + R keys while pressing the power button to turn on your MacBook Pro. Keep holding the keys until the Apple logo appears.
  4. Once your MacBook Pro boots into recovery mode, you will see the macOS Utilities window. Select "Disk Utility" and click Continue.
  5. In Disk Utility, select your Mac's startup disk and click Erase. This will erase all data on your Mac's hard drive.
  6. After erasing the disk, close Disk Utility and return to the macOS Utilities window.
  7. Select "Reinstall macOS" and click Continue. Follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall the macOS operating system.
  8. Once the installation is complete, your MacBook Pro will be restored to its factory settings.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
