Why wasn’t I told by Apple that the iPhone 14 would not work with the iPhone 11 or the carrier I have I have Q Link it won’t work so now I’m stuck with an iPhone 14 promax that I have to pay big-time money for

Why can you not hook up to Q Link with the iPhone 14 Pro? I wish they would’ve told me this before I ever signed an agreement to pay for it from Apple now maybe I have to go get another carrier and pay for it because Q Link is a government program to get your phone and I am a senior citizen on a limited income,

A quick review of QLink’s website makes no mention of eSIMs (Mandatory for a US-spec 14)

It is not Apple's responsibility to ask you how you plan to use the phone.

Did you ask QLink whether or not an iPhone 14 would work on their system......before.....you purchased the phone? It appears that you did not do this.

If you bought the phone from Apple, you have 14 days to return the phone for a full refund, no questions asked. Other stores may have different policies.
