OWC RAID not mounting on Mac Mini M2 Pro

I have a new Mac Mini w M2 chip, 2023. My OWC Thunderbay 5 drives can be seen by SoftRAID but will not mount the RAID. I'm using an Apple adapter dongle to go from Thunderbolt 2 to 3. This RAID mounts with no difficulty on my 2014 iMac without the dongle. I have the most current OS (Ventura 13.2.1) and version of SoftRAID (7.0.1) on the Mac Mini M2 Pro.

Doesn't work for me. Do I need a special cable ? It worked on my older iMac with a RTH 3 to 2 dongle.
