iPhone14 camera is terrible - Disappointed!!

Good evening

I recently purchased the iPhone 14 but the quality of the picture is terrible. The preview on the camera looks good but once a picture is taken after 1 second it changes looking grainy, darker. I went to see one of your technicians and explained it’s the exposure and cannot be changed. Basically, it is what it is. All the latest phones are experiencing the same issues. The technician showed me to how to use other settings and filters. To be honest, it’s annoying that I have to go back play with filters. I should be able to take and send a picture on the go. My old iPhone 6s and iPad take better pictures than this iphone14. Very disappointing. Apple, I hope you fix it. You have another disappointed customer.

What you experienced is a bitter truth of apple now. Unfortunately there's nothing you could do other than to change device. I have been vocal about this issue ever since i purchased my iphone 12. All these Apple guys say is to take photos by adjusting so many parameters. I think basic functionality of a smartphone camera is point and click images. if we want to adjust settings, DSLR is fine isnt.?

Now , I know. A few days ago, I spoke to the retailer where I purchased the device who explained all the latest iPhones are doing the same thing. The technician backed this up. He said customers had complained about the quality of the pictures while others like it. Personally, I don’t. I agree with you, the basic functionality of a smartphone camera is that point and click images. Makes things easier and quicker. Adjusting the picture after is taken should be an option not something that forces you to do it because you’re not happy with the result. I have sent my feedback to Apple.
