Iphone wont play any video on netflix disney youtube etc

At same time and doesn’t go away until I restart the iPhone 12 Pro Max on iOS 16.1.1. (AVF:11839;CM:12913;) appears on the Netflix app and YouTube says to try again.

Please check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

I have tried this and it does not work for me. I am having this same issue. Even FaceTime video doesn’t work.

If you have VPN installed DELETE the VPN profile. Sometimes turning it off is not sufficient.
