Airprint cannot find printer after update

Hello, my phone can no longer find my airprinter, since I updated to iOS16.3.1 (not sure if that is related). I have reset wireless settings for both printer and phone, turned off, turned on devices, turned off, turned on bluetooth. I have gone to HP app and checked device has airprint enabled ...nothing is fixing the problem. Does anyone please have any suggestions?
