My audio and video will not play

Troubleshooting Audio and a Video in Social Media:

For this issue, other than being Social Media apps, I see no similarities between the three. So, ask in their own help center.

Please Clarify your Post:

Are you saying that the sound is muted and the screen is black? Is this only in one app? Which is the case?

we have the same problem.. i also updates the ios but still not working..
