How to save photos in my iPhone's hidden album?

First, open your Photos app.

Select your photos that you want to hide, and tap the More button:

Select "Hide". The images you have selected will now be stored in the hidden folder. You must use Face ID/Touch ID or your iPhone Passcode to open the folder.
