AirTag Family Sharing

We have AirTags that we pin to our 2 boys, aged 2 and 4, when going to the mall, water park, etc. Currently, the AirTags are assigned to my Apple ID, but often my wife will take the boys on her own. While we have Family sharing for many things Apple, it blows my mind that we can’t designate these 2 AirTags locations to be shared between me, my wife, and my mom (who watches them, takes them to “school”, etc) - all who are on the Family Sharing. Please Apple - you have to find a fix for this. If there were ever an emergency, and one child was missing and I’m not there, precious time could be lost while she tries to reach me so I can locate them.
