I cannot see the images from screenshots sent to me by text
When people take a screenshot on their phone and send it to me, I can’t see the image. This is what I see

Based on what you've shared you may be receiving images in an unsupported format or they may be shared incorrectly. If this happens with some contacts we recommend having them share an image via a different method to isolate.
