Is there a way to add multiple entries to Apple Health at once?

So I’ve been trying to get all my medical records imported into the apple health app and I’m getting tired of manually logging every single vital measurement from each visit. I know that 1.) you can export the data from apple as a csv, 2.) there are third party apps that can reimport the csv into Apple health, and 3.) almost every computer has access to a csv editor. Is there a cheat sheet on deciphering the CSV column headings so I can add the records to a csv with the correct formatting and just import that into Apple health? Also does it matter if the dates of the entries aren’t in order? I’m trying to add around a decade or so of vitals into Apple health manually from every individual visit note. Anything that can speed up the process is appreciated.
