How to find Set Up Assistant

I would like to use Set Up Assistant but I have no idea how to get started with that. Can I get some help because I got a brand new Mac Book 16 In Pro for my birthday?

Setup assistant is what appears on the macOS device the first time you turn it on after purchasing it new.
