Can I set-up 2 Apple Watches on the same iPhone account (not as Family Member) with 2 different Apple ID's?

I have set-up 2 Apple Watches on the same iPhone account (not as Family Member due to some feature limitations); can I set-up each on a different Apple ID? 1st Apple Watch is on the Apple ID set-up on my iPhone 11 but 2nd Apple Watch I would like to set-up on a different Apple ID & so far cannot find a way. Thank you.

No, you can't do that. You can if you want to use family setup, but as you already know, some features won't work on the watch set up with family setup. Otherwise, what you want to do is not possible.
