Left side of my screen is blacked out/cut off. Cannot see the upper left side of the toolbar where the Apple icon resides. Yet when I took a screenshot, the Apple, Safari, edit, and view are visible but I cannot see them now.
Using Ventura 13.2.1.

I am not seeing the issue in your screen shot?
maybe I am missing something...
Screen shots come directly from the GPU not the display itself.
If you see the issue on your Display only, you have a display issue—
plug in an external Monitor and compare your results.
