Mainstage not keeping mapping info

Hi. I’m using MS vintage organ with IK multimedia Leslie. The combo works great. I set it up as a patch and saved it. The problem is that if I close out of the patch and reload it while the concert is open the patch maintains the Leslie speed mapping to mod wheel. If I shut down the computer though, then open MS, the concert, and patch, the Leslie’s speed mapping is lost. Any ideas?
