I want to dispute charges from last year that nobody got back to me about

Last year February 11-19 my card was charge on in app purchases on a game that I didn't authorize

Did you already request a refund from Apple by following the steps in this article?

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If yes, you should have received an answer via email from Apple about that.

If not, contact them again and give them the case details.
