While I can't say that any of the items below play a part in the present problem, there are already some things of concern in this report. As you are beginning fresh with a new mac, I feel obliged to issue some warnings.
1) You have system security disabled. That is never a good idea. Security updates are separate from regular OS updates, and should be kept on.
2) You have "surfshark". Instead of third party "security" or "antivirus" software, keeping system security on and up to date is the correct way forward.
Effective defenses against malware and other threats
3) You should not use applications like MemoryClean, ever. They actively decrease system performance.
No such program should be used on any version since 10.9 Mavericks. The OS actually tries to keep memory occupied, to quickly reuse. It compresses things and decompress and reuse more quickly than it would retrieve from disk. Files are cached in RAM. What programs like MemoryClean do is just create free unused memory, countering what the OS is doing, and hurting performance, and possibly causing crashes - like this:
2023-02-24 15:08:49 Memory Clean Crash
Executable: /Applications/Memory Clean.app
Details:
libsystem_c.dylib: Attempt to pop an empty graphics context stack.
All of this is even more noticeable with demanding applications like FCP, which I see that you have. I like FCP a lot, by the way.
