error 7003

i bought 6 of these to use the Intecom. attempting setup results in Error 7003 on all of them, when it tries to update.

I tried to update two of them on my daughter's Apple Laptop, which also resulted in an error (unknown), and now they don't seem to function at all.

Any help would be great.
