If it is a model manufactured for China or HongKong or Macao markets, you CANNOT add any eSIMs since they are not supported (just two physical SIM cards)

I have purchased Hong Kong model iPhone 14 pro from UAE

so in that It’s my physical sim’s plan that is working fine but secondary sim is esim but can’t see any option to add esim
