16.3.1 update doesn’t allow for FaceTime to work
Ever since I updated my iPhone 12 to the new iOS, FaceTime doesn’t work. FaceTime is enabled in settings. None of my friends phone work for FaceTime. Please fix.

troubleshoot don't work here If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
