Hello. I think I've read all the instructions but didn't find an answer for this: Can I use backtrack on the compass app and save it for later? For example, I go to a pro hockey arena that has a weird parking lot so I tried to use backtrack to give me a trail from my car to the front of the arena which I would then save to backtrack to my car after the game. I couldn't make that work, so is it possible and if so, how? Thanks.

From what we could find, it looks like the Backtrack feature works best in remote areas, when you're outside of a densely populated area with Wi-Fi. You can find information about that here: Use the Compass app on Apple Watch Ultra - Apple Support
Some other options that may work best for you is to connect your iPhone to CarPlay in your car and a marked pin will show where your parked car is. Get directions to your parked car in Maps on iPhone - Apple Support. This resource can walk you through how this works and what happens if you don't see that location.
