Understanding "Up Next": Apple Podcasts.... For the life of me I can't decipher "Up Next"....it certainly doesn't play in the order listed. Adding a podcast to "Play next" doesn't change the viewed order but does cause a podcast to repeat play. How can something as simple as a queue not be a queue????

It should be available from the Launchpad or from the Applications folder (Finder "Go" menu > Applications) or use Spotlight search (magnifying glass in menu bar or command space keys).
