Just recd series 8 watch w/cellular. When the phone is not in the vicinity or powered off it does not receive or send out calls. Have been working with at&t for the past 3 days! Any thoughts?
I would unpair your watch to remove data and activation lock
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch – Apple Support
(this will create a backup too)
Then set up your watch again

This watch has been un paired and re paired and cellular removed and set up - so many times! Also this is a device that was exchanged for the same issues.
Would appreciate anyones help. AT&T has not been helpful at all...
