I am unable to answer telephone calls from apple support. keypad does not work if asked to input a number. The input is not recognized by the apple caller/computer, so apple support call back is canceled. In fact the keypad does not appear to be functioning at all once I answer the call (and can only answer from the call "notice" displayed at the top of the phone screen.

If the problem persists, visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region for assistance to diagnose the problem. And they could offer a possible solution.
