iPhone 14 pro camera software ruining photo quality

Hi, why does my iPhone 14 pro max ruin and change the picture quality of an image after it’s been taken? I’m a makeup artist and it changes the quality of my pictures so badly! Turns them all grey and even taking selfies it makes me look grey and washed out. I’m really unhappy with this and paid a lot of money to upgrade but this feels like a downgrade. I’ve tried changing my camera settings but if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!
