I have a new M2 Macbook Pro and have now finished adding all my apps including Microsoft Outlook (365) with the new Outlook layout version.
I want to import some old files from previous Mac's but the Import/Export is greyed out.
Any ideas?

Go back to Old Layout. Then do your import/export as required. I found New Outlook layout limiting. Especially when searching.

Thank you. That is exactly what I have had to do.
My question is, why should we have to do that?
MS is really rubbish. If I did not have to use it for work I would happily never use their rubbish products again
