Audio plugins have stopped working

I have a 2011 MBP running 10.12.6 (final available OS for this hardware). Several of my plugins no longer work in my DAW (Presonus Studio One 4 Professional) despite the plugins being installed correctly and in the correct location. Interestingly enough, The AU version of the plugins (if available) show in my DAW but will not load, with VST versions not showing at all.

I found a topic from here that went into this exact problem, but I did not see a solution, though it may have exposed the issue(https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253769152?answerId=257089316022#257089316022)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
