Tim Horton's app not transferring Rewards Card to Apple Wallet

Since Tim Horton's updated their app I had removed my Tim Hortons reward card from apple wallet. I had changed my rewards card to scan and pay which changes the QR code within the app and wanted to add that to apple wallet. However it fails everytime I click the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button. I removed the scan & pay to make it just scan for rewards. Again, the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button fails.

How do I add this card to apple wallet so I scan via Apple Watch again?

You might try a power-off reset.

Followed by signing-out of your your AppleID on the device - and back-in.

(Both have been known to resolve otherwise inexplicable ApplePay / AppleWallet “funkiness.”)

Beyond that, you’ll need to contact Tim Horton’s customer support.
