I had the same problem and still do. I updated my new iPhone 14 pro max 3 days ago. Then I couldn't figure out why my computer was getting service fine but not my 2 iPhones (I also have an iPhone 11 pro max). The iPhone 14 had been updated and the problem on both phones started. I found information that this is a problem with the update -- I spent 3 hours on the phone with apple this morning talking to 3 people. Finally a "senior supervisor" I reset the network about 20 times with them, I also clicked forget the network and then added it back in. I clicked off wi-fi and restarted it. I have 2 modems both weren't connecting on the different iPhones. Finally, something happened and they WORKED -- THEN!! - I updated the iPhone 11 (the one that hadn't been updated) AND it is no longer connecting. This is definitely an update issue -- and apple's response is that the updates fix problems and don't cause them. Baloney!!! I have now spent NOTHER HOUR TRYING TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT GETTING THE IPHONE 11 BACK UP - it finally got working this morning. The iPhone 14 is fine now. WE went through 2 people - another "senior advisor" and all the stuff we did this morning. Now the advisor has told me that it is a network problem -- and refuses to listen or do anything to resolve the problem. It is not a network issue -- 2 of my products are working and hooked up to the same networks. So, I ask what is apple thinking? Obviously to get people to buy in September and then they are leaving them in the lurch and blaming everything BUT APPLE. If anyone finds a solution that Apple is willing to work on please pass the info on.
