By that I assume you mean just standard iOS 16.3.1, no installed apps.

OK, only 2 things you can do:

Reset the router to factory settings, usually with a pin in a little hole for 10 seconds, and

iphone, Settings, General, Transfer or reset iohine, Reset, Reset network settings.

If that has no effect contact Apple Support to have it diagnosed.

There might be some benefit in backing up (which you will need to do if the phone needs looking at) then restoring to factory settings and restoring the backup.

Allow a couple of hours:

See my reply above yours regarding profiles.

After that there's a progressive hierarchy of things you can try

First thing I advise is to try a Forced restart

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

If no better you could Backup, restore to factory, then restore from the backup:-

If necessary set up without restoring backup and test at that point, erase again, then restore from the backup:-

(If the phone needs attention you will have to do this anyway)

(If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup fails, or you need to ditch the backup and start as new.)

See here for the resources you need. Allow a couple of hours:

Otherwise arrange a repair for hardware failure

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article under "Other damage"

It would be unusual these days.

Did you

  • Reset the router to factory settings, usually with a pin in a little hole for 10 seconds, and
  • iphone, Settings, General, Transfer or reset iohine, Reset, Reset network settings.
  • Don't forget some ad-blockers ars also VPN based (Check Settings, General, VPN & Device Managment for profiles)
