Music playlist deleted randomly
My r&b playlist is gone and it’s titled “Shazam” now, with my r&b picture cover. I don’t know how that happened or where Shazam even came from.

To ensure the best possible Shazam experience, do the following:

- Get the Shazam app for all your devices, or if you’ve already downloaded the app, make sure it’s updated to the latest version.
- Tip: Keep an eye out for frequent Shazam updates—the app team is always working to make your music discovery experience better.
- If you’re using multiple Apple devices, sign in with the same Apple ID on all of them and make sure iCloud Sync is turned on.
- If you’re using Android, sign in with your email or Google account.
- If you’re not already a subscriber, join Apple Music to listen to songs in full and to add your identified songs to Apple Music playlists.
