Unable to use Google Chrome since updating my iPad

After updating apple iphone and ipad with latest iOS, I can no longer search google chrome and go to a website. ERROR MESSAGE STATES: CANNOT LOAD THIS PAGE, CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN.

This is only happening to me, 3 others apple users in this house don’t have the issue. I have cleared safari history, restarted devices, etc.
