I want to log in to etsy shop using my icloud log in but they keep showing me that you have to wait 24hours and I already did but still the same problem

If your Apple ID works to log in here, it works.
Though probably using Sign In With Apple, your issue is seemingly with Etsy and an Etsy login, so ask Etsy.
