iPhone 14 pro Lock Screen issue

Hello everyone, I’ve been facing issues where my iPhone 14 pro screen goes on lock all of sudden while using the phone. My back tap has also been disabled since the purchase of phone. There has been another issue where the screen goes to half of the brightness but not to the exact Lock Screen when I press the hold button. Can anyone suggest a solution if they faced a similar issue and got it resolved.
