I did not receive my iPhone trade-in kit

I traded in my daughter's 13Pro for a new iPhone and was told that I would receive a trade-in kit to mail the old phone back for trade-in credit. I have not received the box, although I have called and gone into the Apple Store and been told it would be sent to me "by the end of the week". How do I complete this trade in to get the $250?
