Problem logging in to Apple TV on new TV

I'm trying to log into my Apple TV account on my new LG TV and am not able to do it even though I have all my credentials correct. Anyone else having that problem?

Can you tell us what happens exactly when trying to log into the Apple TV app on your LG TV? Additional details can help us understand better and determine possible next steps.


To confirm, you're able to sign in successfully elsewhere, correct? We want to make sure to see if this is only happening within that app or elsewhere as well.


Another option you could try is to delete the Apple TV app off your LG TV and try downloading it again to see if that may help resolve this. You could also see if trying another internet network on your LG TV may allow you to successfully log in as well.
