No, your 8 1/2 year old iPhone 6 is limited to iOS 12.x, currently 12.5.7. It’s hardware can’t run any newer version. If you need a later version you will have to get a newer iPhone. And iOS 14 is not available for any iPhone; the available versions are 15.7.2 for devices older than an iPhone 8, or 16.3.1 for iPhone 8 and newer.
