EID Missing

In that iPhone 12 Pro Max model (A2342), the EID should be in Settings>General>About... then scroll down... and you should see its EID number.

If you can't see it, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service

US models (LL/A, A2342) should have an EID.

Models for certain other regions with have dual-SIM, and do not.

Contact Apple Support.

Use the Support link in the lower left corner of this webpage, and chat or call Apple as available, and describe your missing EID to them. They may (again) suggest bringing it in, and you can then ask them how to do that for wherever you are located on this planet.
