error -36 when transferring files

I'm a photographer and lately the error -36 is always showing when I try to transfer files. It happens with my SSD's and HD's. I'm using a MacBook Pro M1 and a MacMini M2, the errors are the same in different devices.

When this happens, I can't even eject the external drives.

I know a lot of colleagues with the same problem. What's the solution?

Mac mini, macOS 13.2

As a first step, update to macOS 13.2.1. Then if it's still a problem, try running Disk Utility, First Aid, on the drive giving the error. Then if both those fail, try rebooting into safe mode.

Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slower than in normal mode and can take some time which is Normal.
