Please check:
If iCloud Music Library is On -> Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support turn it Off.
If Tunes Match is On -> Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support -> turn it Off.
That didn’t tell me what iTunes Media services is and why is is in contact with my cell phone. The only thing I found out was a way to log out of my iTunes account - I didn’t know there was a way to do that. Logout option is all the way at the bottom of the iTunes page - after scrolling MANY pages down. (Why isn’t that option clearly at the top of page?)
I assume that when I am logged out of my iTunes account, iTunes Media Services use of my cellular data will stop.
