UPI Payment successful but subscription not renewed

My auto subscription to Sony Liv channel renewal failed due to credit card expiry. However, I had an alternate UPI payment method. I paid for subscription to apple services through Phone Pe on Feb 10. While the payment went through my subscription did not get renewed. I contacted Sony Liv but was told that they never received the payment.


How can I have the subscription back?

Thanks for participating in Apple Support Communities. You mention paying the subscription from a different device. If that's right, did that device use the same Apple ID email address as the one that uses the subscription that didn't renew? You're not able to transfer subscriptions/purchases to a different Apple ID. If that's not the case, check to see if there's an alert about a billing problem. Here's a guide to help: If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support


Just in case, this guide will help to take a look at your subscriptions and other App Store settings: Manage App Store purchases, subscriptions, settings, and restrictions on iPad - Apple Support


"Change or cancel your App Store subscriptions


  1. Tap the My Account button or your picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions.
  2. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Choose a subscription, then do any of the following:
