Can a 2022 M2 mac book air support 2 external displays. Just been sold a Universal 12-in-1 mini dock (Alogic) and cannot make 2 external displays visible. Each works by itself

Thats also what I read but was convinced by sales man that all i needed was a fancier adapter. Fail. Disappointing from Mac though.
An adapter does not increase the number of supported external displays.
