How can I transfer my Itunes library to what took over on my new Mac (Ventura OS)

How can I transfer my Itunes library (on my old Mac) to an equivalent (that I will not have to pay for) on my new Max under Ventura OS ? I need to sync my music on my iPod nano 7 (yes I know I'm old ;-). Its a nightmare and rather microsoft flavoured than the good Apple times...

Tis for help. Note it seems Soundiiz doesn't show anymore "iTunes" as an option...
