I agreed to a Free trial period for Super Duolingo several days ago, then was charged today for a 1 Year subscription which I don't want. I've canceled the subscription (so it won't be renewed next year), but have had no success requesting a refund.

After following instructions to request a refund from the link on my emailed Apple receipt with order number for the product, I keep getting a message that says I have no purchases available for refund. Is there anything else I can do? I'm not happy about being charged for something I did not sign up for...

Is the purchase pending? You will have to wait for it to clear before asking for a refund.
